HR Business Partner Manager – Strategic HR Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support two industrial production sites in Flanders. Reporting to the local Managing Director and working closely with the International HR Director, you will combine strategic HR leadership with hands‑on implementation to drive business performance and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and change management.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour law and supervise payroll and personnel administration.
• Standardise HR policies across both Belgian sites and continuously improve HR processes.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute operational HR activities.
• Excellent influencing and coaching skills for managers and leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international, matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
