Head of Wealth Management – Team 2 (Brussels)

About the role

The Head of Wealth Management – Team 2 will lead and mentor a team of client advisors and assistants in Brussels. You will drive the execution of Quintet’s wealth management strategy, support transformation initiatives, and ensure the team delivers strong commercial, financial and risk performance while keeping client families at the centre of every action.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, attract and develop a high‑performing team of Client Advisors and Assistants across one or several cities.
• Set clear individual and team performance targets; monitor commercial, financial and risk indicators and implement remediation plans when needed.
• Translate the Quintet Wealth Management strategy into an inspiring vision for the team and contribute to broader transformation projects.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with client families through regular visits, meetings and events.
• Engage directly with key clients, participate in client meetings and support client acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of local market segments and regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage profitability, client service quality and risk exposure.
• Excellent coaching and talent‑scouting capabilities.
