About the role
The Head of Operations – Quick will lead the operational performance of the Quick brand across Belgium and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will translate brand and marketing ambitions into actionable plans, supporting franchise partners and internal teams to achieve commercial targets and superior customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the operational roadmap in close collaboration with HQ functions such as Marketing, Training, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Development.
- Drive sales, profitability, traffic and customer‑satisfaction targets for a network of 78 restaurants.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three field consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Contribute field insights to the Quick marketing strategy and support the creation of effective campaigns.
- Onboard new franchise partners and maintain strong relationships with over 35 existing franchisees, ensuring operational continuity.
- Identify and champion innovation opportunities in products, equipment and processes based on field observations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and franchising within QSR, retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction in a multi‑site environment.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on field presence.
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
