Head of Finance

About the role

As Head of Finance you will report directly to the CFO and lead the Group’s Finance & Tax division. You will be responsible for reliable financial reporting, cash management, tax compliance and building a scalable finance function that supports the Group’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Group financial operations, including sales collections, purchases, supplier payments and accounting processes.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closings and manage Group consolidation under local GAAP/IFRS.
• Direct cash management, working‑capital optimisation, banking relationships and financing activities.
• Guarantee tax compliance across jurisdictions, manage transfer‑pricing policy and coordinate tax filings and audits.
• Define department strategy, set KPIs, drive performance and develop talent across all entities.
• Lead finance transformation and digitalisation projects, supporting entities in advancing financial tools and practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior finance role with group accounting, consolidation and international tax exposure.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strategic vision, strong leadership, organized and solution‑oriented.
