Head of Communications – Building Performance Division

About the role

We are looking for a senior communications leader to head the Building Performance division at Etex. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape internal and external communication strategies that align with the company’s purpose and the division’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement communication strategies, activation plans, tools and messaging for the division.
• Ensure consistent alignment of the division’s mission, Etex purpose and commercial brands across all countries and functions.
• Create and govern communication frameworks, guidelines and governance structures supporting the division’s rollout.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans for a global workforce of over 7,000 employees, including town‑halls, team meetings and interactive forums.
• Lead external communication initiatives, manage LinkedIn presence and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns to raise the division’s profile.
• Support branding framework development and advise country teams on local branding strategies.
• Produce case studies, articles and presentations that showcase division successes.
• Provide guidance and oversight to regional communication teams, including LATAM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global internal and brand communications, preferably within large, complex organisations.
• Strong ability to align messaging across multiple markets and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native‑level or equivalent).
• Experience working with senior leaders and influencing communication strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Experience in transformation, change communication or brand implementation is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
