Head Business Unit Specialty Care – BeLux

About the role

GSK is seeking a senior leader to head the Business Unit Specialty Care for the Belgium‑Luxembourg (BeLux) market. The role will shape commercial strategy, drive product launches and manage portfolio growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy and plan for the Specialty Care portfolio in BeLux.
• Lead product launches and lifecycle management to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Build, coach and lead an inclusive high‑performing team across sales, marketing and market access.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply and regional teams in a matrix environment.
• Engage external stakeholders to improve patient access and influence local healthcare policy.
• Translate global strategy into local plans, set priorities, track KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Support evidence generation activities and ensure alignment with medical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical specialty care or related therapeutic areas.
• Successful track record of leading commercial launches and managing product lifecycles.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, P&L responsibility and performance management.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix organisation.
