GTM Associate

About the role

Conveo is looking for a GTM Associate to support its Go‑to‑Market Operations team. You will help diagnose performance gaps across sales, customer success and product onboarding, turn findings into actionable playbooks and drive cross‑functional projects that improve net revenue retention and expansion ARR.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a rigorous 30‑day diagnostic for each motion, analysing data, building funnels, churn views and cycle‑time charts to identify revenue or time leaks.
• Interview operators (CSMs, AEs, onboarding leads, support) and synthesize insights into patterns that can be ranked by impact.
• Own a workstream within larger strategic projects, planning cadence, delivering artefacts, managing escalations and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Deliver early‑stage versions of solutions, measure against KPIs, iterate quickly and document the process as a reusable playbook.
• Monitor progress, surface blockers early and propose fixes to maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and translate it into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interview cross‑functional teams and present findings to executives.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
