Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, sign‑ups and customer acquisition. You will own one or several growth channels, experiment rapidly, and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end strategies for paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, referral and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups through funnel creation, landing‑page optimisation and conversion tracking.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels; scale successful tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.

• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to work without detailed instructions.
