Groups, Events & Front Office Coordinator

About the role

As a Groups, Events and Front Office Coordinator at Mövenpick Brussels Airport, you will be the primary liaison between guests, operational teams and group or event clients. You will ensure a seamless experience from the first inquiry through departure, supporting both business and leisure travelers in a dynamic airport hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized and professional guest experience, acting as the hotel’s ambassador.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, organizers and corporate clients, including VIP arrivals.
• Handle group and event inquiries, coordinate rooming lists, prepare function sheets and ensure smooth communication across Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Housekeeping.
• Support meeting room and event set‑up, anticipate client needs and contribute to successful event delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office procedures, assist reception when needed and participate in operational projects.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, support loyalty programmes and promote hotel services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, sales support or hotel operations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and sales sensitivity.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
