Group Exercise Supervisor

About the role

As a Group Exercise Supervisor at Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante, you will lead a world‑class collective‑class program, ensuring members enjoy a vibrant, healthy lifestyle. You will work closely with members, freelancers, and the Activities Manager to deliver high‑quality fitness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, appraise, monitor and develop a team of 100+ freelance instructors.
• Manage and schedule over 200 collective classes per week within budgetary guidelines.
• Deliver 3 to 7 collective classes yourself each week.
• Maintain studio inventory and oversee studio maintenance.
• Organise and promote class‑related events aligned with club philosophy.
• Collaborate with the Activities Manager on cross‑departmental club activities.

Required profile

• Passionate about sports, healthy living and premium customer service.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a sport‑related field.
• Experience teaching collective fitness classes.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends, autonomous and stress‑resistant.
