Graphic Designer (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Tom&Co, you will be a key member of the marketing team, translating the brand’s identity into compelling visual concepts across both print and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with marketers, e‑commerce specialists and external partners to deliver consistent, high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for print (leaflets, posters, POS) and digital media (social, banners, newsletters).
• Develop and execute campaigns that align with Tom&Co’s brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organise and direct photoshoots, defining creative direction, styling and atmosphere.
• Create and edit video content, including promotional videos and motion graphics, optimised for various channels.

Required profile

• Degree in graphic design with at least 3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, composition, colour and typography skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work in a structured way and handle several projects at once.
• Bilingual in Dutch and French or solid knowledge of both languages.
