Graphic Designer – European Institution

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a European Institution based in Brussels. You will translate internal communication briefs into visual solutions that align with the institution’s branding and help simplify complex IT‑related information for a multicultural audience.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret internal communication requests and create visual solutions that respect institutional branding.
• Design visual identities, branded templates, and layout materials for services, events, and awareness campaigns.
• Produce infographics, custom illustrations, and other visual assets to clarify IT, digitalisation, and cybersecurity topics.
• Generate digital and print visuals such as posters, banners, and screensavers.
• Adapt documents, presentations, and editorial materials to accessibility and branding standards.
• Develop multimedia content, including filming, editing, and post‑production of internal videos.
• Support campaigns related to digitalisation, IT services, and cybersecurity.
• Act as the first point of contact for visual communication needs, defining formats and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams and adjust communication styles for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Excellent command of English (C2 level) in speaking, writing, and comprehension.
• Highly flexible, able to manage changing or conflicting priorities.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of conceptualising complex technical environments.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
