Graduate Recruitment Consultant – IT Talent

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them from initial contact to placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities.
• Understand client business and technical needs to align candidate profiles with hiring requirements.
• Negotiate compensation packages, including salary and benefits, to secure successful placements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in a performance‑based, outbound‑calling environment.
• Excellent networking and communication abilities.
• Resilience, determination, and a competitive spirit.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional; no prior IT experience required.
