About the role

We are seeking an experienced Government Policy Consultant to work remotely on high‑impact regulatory and policy projects. You will leverage your expertise to shape policy documents, provide strategic advice, and ensure compliance across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF functionalities.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews, ensuring compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct, actionable policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your field of expertise.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
