GMP Laboratory Technician – Cell Therapy Production

About the role

We are seeking a GMP‑qualified Laboratory Technician to join a leading international biotech manufacturing site. The successful candidate will support the production of innovative cell‑therapy products for clinical and commercial use, working in a regulated clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aseptic manufacturing activities, including cell isolation, activation, culture, fill‑and‑finish, and cryopreservation.
• Complete production documentation and batch records accurately and on schedule.
• Support investigations, deviations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence projects.
• Assist in training and coaching of production staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, Biology or related Life‑Sciences field.
• Recent graduates are welcome; prior experience in a GMP, cleanroom or aseptic environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, quality‑focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
