Global Retail Trainer

About the role

As a member of the Commercial Team reporting to the Global Training Manager, the Global Retail Trainer will shape client‑advisor excellence across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Based in Brussels, you will translate the Maison’s values and product knowledge into digital and blended learning programmes that reach all retail staff worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e‑learning modules, articles, quizzes and videos for the My Arsenal LMS, applying adult‑learning principles.
• Create face‑to‑face training materials such as slide decks and toolkits.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the My Arsenal platform, including content publishing, module organization and monitoring usage.
• Facilitate monthly Global Training Community calls and co‑lead knowledge sharing.
• Deliver selected training sessions online, in‑boutique or classroom settings and support product and seasonal launches with live demonstrations.
• Collect and analyse post‑training feedback to continuously improve learning content.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design or retail training, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple workstreams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously while collaborating across time zones.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are a plus.

Required skills

• Digital authoring with Rise.
• Advanced PowerPoint creation.
• Collaboration tools: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Canva.
