Global Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

As the Global Marketing & Communications Manager at Q8Oils, you will lead the worldwide marketing function, turning the company’s strategic direction into a cohesive brand and growth strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to ensure the marketing agenda drives measurable business impact across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing and communications strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and strengthens the Q8Oils brand.
• Translate market insights, customer needs and competitive intelligence into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Digital & IT to create go‑to‑market plans, trade marketing programmes and sales enablement tools.
• Foster cross‑functional and cross‑country collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing and a “think global, act local” mindset.
• Build a high‑performing, data‑driven marketing organisation, set clear priorities and continuously improve performance.
• Lead, coach and inspire an international marketing team, cultivating a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic insights that support commercial growth and innovation.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to turn strategy into action.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Significant experience in strategic marketing within an international B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching and developing high‑performing international teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into impactful marketing initiatives.
