Global Innovation Portfolio & Process Manager

About the role

As the Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager you will drive AB InBev’s innovation initiatives, oversee global project governance, manage the Global Approval Committee and ensure the health of the innovation portfolio across all zones.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the global control tower for top‑line innovation and manage the Global Project Governance & Execution pre‑launch process.
• Run the Global Approval Committee (online/offline) and lead the Global Portfolio Health exercise.
• Coordinate with zone control towers, serve as network owner and provide monthly performance and portfolio management reports.
• Own and contribute to key yearly routines such as MCRS, Techno week, FEI Committee and the Global Top‑to‑Top Innovation Execution SteerCo.
• Maintain and continuously improve the innovation management system (pillars & processes) and act as SPOC for global VPO, supply chain and zone functions.
• Manage the business cycle of the Innovation Pillar, including Check2Coach, WOW 1 & 2 updates and documentation of the digital management system.
• Train and share knowledge across the innovation community.
• Business owner of Pegasus and other digital innovation platforms (IPM, Committee tool, reporting), driving functional changes, platform adoption and scope reviews.

Required profile

• University master’s or bachelor’s degree (IT, Business, Economics, Engineering/Technical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience in supply‑chain management.
• Proven experience managing high‑complexity or high‑risk projects, preferably in equipment or process development for processing industries.
• Experience in the brewing or beverage sector is a plus.
• Strong team‑management, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Continuous‑improvement and agile mindset.
