Reliability Executive

About the role

The Reliability Executive will lead the transformation of high‑spend spare parts from OEM to alternative suppliers across European breweries. You will identify cost‑saving opportunities, validate technical solutions and build a sustainable savings pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own OEM‑to‑alternative supplier transformation for high‑spend spare parts across European breweries.
• Identify and prioritize cost‑saving opportunities based on spend, volumes, technical feasibility and business case.
• Lead reverse‑engineering, catalogue alternatives and cross‑zone benchmarking with alternative suppliers.
• Coordinate technical validation and industrial testing of alternative spare parts before conversion.
• Build and manage the European savings pipeline from opportunity identification through validated recurring savings.
• Develop centralized maintenance service strategies, consolidating locally managed contracts where scale benefits exist.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives, including maintenance and supplier‑performance topics.
• Establish standardized processes, trackers, validation protocols and governance for scalable execution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial mindset; able to translate technical opportunities into robust business cases.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments, spare parts or re‑engineering.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with confidence engaging alternative suppliers.
• Highly structured, pragmatic and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable challenging existing specifications, suppliers and ways of working.
• Ability to combine technical credibility with cost‑transformation thinking.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
