General Management Trainee Internship

About the role

The Hotel Brussels offers a unique internship management program combining hands-on experience in project management, HR support and daily hotel operations. It suits students enrolled in a relevant degree program who want to build a solid foundation in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: help plan, execute and monitor hotel projects, conduct research, prepare reports and proposals, coordinate projects and track budgets, and analyse data to recommend improvements
• Daily hotel operations: get exposure to front desk, housekeeping and food and beverage, help maintain guest service standards, optimise processes, work with department heads and help organise special events or promotions
• HR support: assist the Hotel Manager with employee relations and HR policies, maintain employee records in line with data protection rules, take part in staff events and help organise training and engagement activities

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and French
• Student enrolled in a relevant degree program (hospitality management, business administration or similar) with a school convention from November 2026 for at least 6 months
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer service orientation
