Functional Tester

About the role

3P is looking for a Functional Tester to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software across multiple devices, browsers and screen resolutions. You will use your analytical mindset to detect, report and assess bugs, while collaborating with product owners and developers to prioritize fixes.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the types of testing required for each feature.
• Set up and maintain testing frameworks.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize and plan quality‑testing activities.
• Document testing processes within applications.
• Verify that products meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or solid initial experience in software testing.
• ISTQB knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Ability to define test scenarios from documentation and produce clear reports.
• Proactive mindset with good prioritisation under time pressure.
• Fluent Dutch (native), very good English and good French reading skills.

Required skills

• Functional testing and knowledge of non‑functional testing.
• Test automation concepts.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright (optional).
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence).
• Use of test‑management tools such as Xray.
