Functional Tester

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Tester to join 3P’s software team. You will ensure that our modern web platform meets high‑quality standards across devices, browsers and screen resolutions. Using an analytical mindset you will detect, report and assess bugs, and work closely with product owners and developers to prioritize fixes.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the types of testing required and set up testing frameworks.
• Create detailed, well‑structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize and plan quality testing activities.
• Document testing processes and ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve existing features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or solid initial testing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Ability to work under time pressure while keeping the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native), English (very good) and French (good).

Required skills

• Functional testing and knowledge of non‑functional testing.
• Test automation concepts.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright (a plus).
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence) and Xray test‑management tool.
• ISTQB knowledge or certification (a plus).
