Fullstack Software Engineer – Frontend T‑shaped (Growth Product)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus to drive growth. You will create seamless self‑serve experiences that turn prospects into members across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end conversion flows (discovery, quote, signup) for the self‑serve product.
• Support partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns.
• Build and optimise the high‑traffic alan.com website.
• Develop and maintain the marketing engine that powers paid, SEO and emerging acquisition channels.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product teams (Engineering, Data, PM, Design).

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Passion for solving growth challenges through product‑focused engineering.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business impact and user experience.
