Fullstack Software Engineer – Claims Management

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Claims Management team. You will help refund millions of euros in healthcare expenses across several countries, ensuring fast, accurate and cost‑effective processing for millions of members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications that support document processing, claims experience, payments and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with product crews to improve automated document parsing using LLMs and machine‑learning models.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical claim‑handling services operating 24/7.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous‑delivery pipelines.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to integrate fraud‑scoring and anomaly‑detection systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping complex web applications.
• Passion for creating delightful user experiences at scale.
• Interest in business metrics such as conversion funnels and growth drivers.
• Proven ability to take increasing responsibility and impact over time.
