Full Stack Engineer (Products)

About the role

Eno Health is building a European‑sovereign AI platform that supports clinicians and patients throughout the care journey. As a Full Stack Engineer you will create and maintain the core product surfaces – a practitioner console, API, patient dashboard and mobile app – that handle regulated health data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features across web, mobile and API layers.
• Implement strict runtime type validation (e.g., Zod) for all external data boundaries.
• Maintain accessibility (WCAG) and performance budgets for data‑dense interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers and clinical experts to translate medical requirements into UI/UX.
• Write traceable release documentation that feeds into the EU MDR technical file.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in TypeScript with runtime schema validation.
• Deep experience with React and production‑grade React Native apps.
• Solid understanding of SPA architecture, client‑side routing, state management and secure authentication (OIDC/OAuth2).
• Proficiency in designing, building and consuming typed HTTP APIs.
• Experience handling sensitive health data and familiarity with regulated software development processes.
