Full Stack Engineer (Java/Angular) – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to own both Java backend and modern Angular front‑end delivery within a mobility environment. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user needs, challenge requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Develop, test and maintain Java features, bug fixes and assigned applications.
• Perform technical analysis and document changes, processes and user‑facing materials.
• Monitor production developments and implement adjustments where needed.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and bugs on assigned applications.
• Support business users and advise stakeholders on technical and functional questions.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery and continuously improve the team’s way of working.

Required profile

• Analytical, autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Rigorous and comfortable working across multiple technical layers.
• Solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in professional English; French or Dutch speaking is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Java analysis and development.

Required skills

• Java 8+ (Spring, Maven, Reactive Streams preferred)
• Angular (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, SASS, ngrx, OpenID Connect)
• Git, Jenkins, JIRA
• SQL databases – Oracle, DB2
• Microservices implementation
• React or JSON Form (nice‑to‑have)
• IntelliJ or similar IDE
