Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Deel is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its cross‑functional EMEA team. You will work on building and enhancing high‑quality, responsive web applications that power Deel’s global payroll and HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, design and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Develop and maintain client‑side features using TypeScript, JavaScript and React.
• Design and implement server‑side APIs and data models using Express and, when applicable, NestJS.
• Contribute to the architecture and performance of the platform, including work with Vite and Next.js.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs to ensure a white‑glove experience for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack web applications in a SaaS environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving, globally distributed team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
