Full-stack Developer

About the role

Jurimesh is looking for a full‑stack developer to join its Ghent office. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders, shaping the product from idea to production and shipping features that customers can use the next day.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features from concept through to production.
• Design and build backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
• Improve AI infrastructure and integrate the latest LLM and agentic tooling.
• Create product experiences that delight customers.
• Make technical decisions that influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• A passionate engineer who treats the product as their own.
• Highly autonomous – you spot problems and fix them without waiting for direction.
• Low‑ego, collaborative team player focused on building great products.
• Holistic problem‑solver who looks beyond the immediate ticket.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Rust (strong plus).
• Backend development with Node.js and API design.
• Frontend development with React.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis and vector databases such as Qdrant.
• Experience implementing or evaluating AI/LLM applications (plus).
