Full Stack Developer - Angular

About the role

We are looking for a driven Full Stack Angular Developer to join the IT Software Solutions team of a leading global logistics enterprise. In this position you will support the development, maintenance, and modernization of critical internal business applications, combining technical expertise with business analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications using Angular and modern backend technologies.
• Gather and document business requirements, acting as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing business‑critical applications to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams in sprint planning, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.
• Experiment with emerging technologies, including AI‑based solutions, to boost software quality and development efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in full‑stack development with Angular, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership, learning‑oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time and participate in mandatory on‑call rotation.
