Frontend Engineer – Product Engineering (Liège)

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join its Product Engineering team in Liège. You will design, build and evolve user‑focused solutions that drive customer value and support business outcomes in a high‑traffic, regulated gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from problem definition through implementation, release, monitoring and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and fellow Engineers to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
• Apply strong craftsmanship with a product‑first mindset, ensuring high‑quality, performant and accessible user interfaces.
• Continuously improve codebases, development practices, tooling and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer in product‑oriented, preferably large‑scale or regulated environments.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, with advanced expertise in React and component‑based architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to build maintainable, performant and accessible UI components.
• Comfortable working in small, autonomous, cross‑functional teams and taking ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
