Front Office Internship

About the role

Hotel Indigo Brussels City is looking for an energetic Front Office Trainee to join its team. You will work alongside an experienced team, helping deliver exceptional service to guests while developing your professional skills. The internship agreement starts at the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027, ideally for a period of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and create a lasting first impression.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests.
• Share knowledge about Brussels, including restaurant recommendations and travel tips.
• Manage reservations and guests' special requests so each stay is personalised.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a great guest experience.

Required profile

• Student in hospitality or a related field; a vibrant, customer-focused and diplomatic personality is valued.
• Bilingual in English and French; proficiency in Dutch or another language is an advantage.
• Internship agreement starting end of 2026 / beginning of 2027, ideally six months.
