Front Office Intern – Hospitality Experience

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join Hotel Indigo Brussels City. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in delivering exceptional guest service within a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and create a memorable first impression.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests courteously.
• Provide guests with local recommendations on restaurants, attractions and travel tips.
• Manage reservations and special requests to personalize each stay.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.
• Enrolled in a hospitality or related study program.
• Customer‑focused, diplomatic and motivated to exceed guest expectations.
• Available for an internship starting July or August 2026, preferably for six months.
