French‑Speaking Financial Customer Agent – Relocate to Greece

About the role

Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for motivated French‑speaking professionals to join its financial customer service team in Greece. You will support French‑language clients across multiple channels, helping them navigate financial products while enjoying a fully funded relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining service standards.
• Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, financial products and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality handling and organizational abilities.
• Motivation to relocate to Greece and work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in standard office tools such as Microsoft Office.
