French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar help-desk platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
