Freelance Web Designer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking a freelance Web Designer to support the Tendem project, a hybrid AI‑human system. This part‑time remote role focuses on creating marketing pages, landing experiences, and conversion‑driven layouts that align with the brand ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting one‑pagers, pitch‑style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
• Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and sections ready for developers or no‑code tools.
• Prepare and securely package production‑ready files (organising Figma frames, exporting assets, detailing specs) for seamless handoff.
• Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
• Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital marketing design.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setting.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive layouts, auto‑layout components, and design systems.
• Experience with no‑code platforms such as Webflow or Framer for implementation.
• Strong understanding of developer handoff: preparing specs, exporting assets, and documenting design details.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and conversion‑focused layout techniques.
