Freelance UI/Web Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a freelance UI/Web Specialist to support the Tendem project. In this part‑time remote role you will create marketing pages, landing experiences and conversion‑driven layouts that align with the brand and can be handed off to developers or no‑code tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting one‑pagers, pitch‑style landing pages and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines or rough drafts.
• Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components and sections.
• Prepare and securely package production‑ready files – organize Figma frames, export assets and detail specifications for seamless handoff.
• Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs and social materials.
• Verify layout quality, responsiveness, spacing and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web design, UI design or digital marketing design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI or related field is a plus.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive layouts and design systems.
• Expertise in structuring high‑converting, pitch‑style landing pages.
• Experience preparing assets for developer or no‑code handoff (Webflow, Framer).
• Capability to maintain cross‑platform visual consistency.
