Freelance Marketing Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Our client, an international healthcare company, seeks a Freelance Marketing Manager to shape and deliver the marketing strategy for professional education programmes aimed at healthcare professionals worldwide. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital channels and events.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual marketing strategy and content calendar.
• Lead digital activities including website management, email campaigns, SEO, LinkedIn outreach and webinars.
• Create product marketing and sales‑enablement collateral.
• Plan, coordinate and promote industry events, sponsorships and webinar series.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support global and regional initiatives in a multilingual, international environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO and performance analysis.
• Proven track record managing webinars, events and multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.

Required skills

• Digital marketing tools (website, email platforms, SEO, LinkedIn, webinars).
• Google Analytics and marketing performance analysis.
• CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot or equivalents).
• LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, Canva/Adobe.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced marketing tools.
