Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking freelance full‑stack web app developers to work on the Tendem project. As an “AI Pilot”, you will collaborate with AI‑driven agents to design, build and ship interactive browser‑based applications that combine human expertise with generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.
• Create back‑end APIs with Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js (Express).
• Design data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL, SQLite or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling and role‑based access controls.
• Integrate third‑party services and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into product features.
• Write clean, testable code and perform end‑to‑end debugging across the stack.
• Evaluate and refactor AI‑generated code to meet security, performance and maintainability standards.
• Build standalone Python scripts for data processing or lightweight backend utilities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience delivering full‑stack web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time setting.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
