Freelance Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Art Director to lead the creation of high‑impact, performance‑driven campaigns for a variety of brands. This fully remote position allows you to work across digital, video, print, and experiential formats while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design social‑first, performance‑focused creative campaigns for social media, digital ads, video, email, landing pages and other channels.
• Adapt creative assets for print, out‑of‑home, broadcast and other multimedia formats as needed.
• Work closely with Account Management and Project Management to align projects with client objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute strategic ideas that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Integrate AI‑powered creative tools into brainstorming, design exploration and production workflows.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑first, performance‑driven campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle several projects without compromising quality.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI tools for creative work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (optional but a plus).
