Freelance Airport Passenger Support – On‑Call Flyer Distributor

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Brussels South Charleroi Airport. You will help passengers understand their rights and the compensation options available after significant flight disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to short‑notice alerts from the operations team when a flight is delayed more than three hours or cancelled.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Brussels South Charleroi Airport and distribute informational flyers to affected passengers.
• Explain FlightHelp’s services in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• Maintain a reassuring presence without requiring airport security clearance.

Required profile

• Residence in Frasnes‑lez‑Gosselies, the Charleroi area, or nearby locations.
• Good command of French (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort interacting with the public.
