Founding Recruiter

About the role

Spott is building the first AI‑native recruitment platform and needs a Founding Recruiter to shape its talent function from the ground up. You will work side‑by‑side with the founders and the product team, using Spott’s own ATS & CRM daily to attract and hire top talent across engineering, sales and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring execution: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and closing.
• Design and implement scalable onboarding and performance‑review processes.
• Develop talent intelligence for hard‑to‑fill roles and maintain a multi‑geography candidate database.
• Recruit using Spott’s AI‑native ATS & CRM alongside partner tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with proven results.
• Strong sourcing abilities (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals) and ability to manage multiple searches.
• High energy, ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Dutch or French a plus.
• Interest in product testing and providing feedback to developers.
