Food & Beverage Attendant (NA-02)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant (NA-02) provides front‑of‑house service in a hospitality setting, handling cash transactions, preparing and serving meals and beverages, and maintaining a clean work environment. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Collect sales slips, total sales on the cash register, accept payments and make change.
• Maintain cash records and present bills to guests.
• Set up food service counters, steam tables, and beverage dispensers with hot and cold items.
• Prepare coffee, tea, juices, and soft drinks; portion fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood.
• Set tables, seat guests, record selections and transmit orders to the kitchen.
• Clean tables, work areas and equipment; follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, stooping, bending and walking.
• Completion of at least 4 hours of food sanitation training within 30 days of hire and annual refresher.
• Meet age requirements for serving alcohol (minimum 18 years).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and special MWR events.
• Direct deposit and Social Security Card required; background check may be required.
