About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage All Rounder to join the vibrant F&B team at Radisson Hotel Group. The role focuses on delivering first‑class service, supporting the smooth operation of the department and creating memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department and ensure high‑quality guest service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping the hotel achieve its initiatives and targets.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements, documenting activities as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Strong communication skills.
