About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, covering all aspects of guest service.
• Collaborate with team members to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Execute assigned duties in a timely, professional manner and contribute to departmental targets.
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Creative problem‑solver who takes ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience using IT systems across platforms.
