Floor Manager (Coach) – Retail

About the role

The Floor Manager (Coach) will lead a retail team in delivering a premium Nike experience to customers. This role combines hands‑on floor management, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure sales targets, visual standards, and brand initiatives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and schedule store staff while fostering a positive Nike culture.
• Oversee product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising to keep the sales floor fully stocked and brand‑compliant.
• Drive sales performance through digital services, promotional campaigns, and monthly initiative launches.
• Partner with senior leadership to solve operational issues and act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure team competence.
• Utilize reporting tools and data analytics to inform commercial decisions and improve the athlete experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading a shop‑floor or department team with a focus on customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate staff.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
