Team Lead – Retail Operations

About the role

As a Team Lead at Nike in Liège, you will drive exceptional consumer service and uphold a premium brand experience across the store. You will coach, motivate and coordinate teammates while supporting daily business operations to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer and athlete experiences on the sales floor.
• Coach and motivate team members, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Support inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and timely launch of monthly initiatives.
• Collaborate with store leadership to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all Nike standards, guidelines, and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
