Floor Manager – 35h per week

About the role

As a Floor Manager at COS, you will lead a dedicated team to create an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic. You will ensure operational excellence while delivering personalised service that drives sales and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store/Concession Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand‑standard compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step in as Store/Concession Manager when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail store operations, preferably in fashion.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for the product range.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give clear direction and feedback.
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑leadership experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Analytical thinking with understanding of key retail KPIs.
