Financial Advisor – Brussels Region

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Advisor to join our multidisciplinary team serving family‑business clients in the Brussels region. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal specialists, combining finance, tax, technology and legal expertise to deliver tailored, future‑proof solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, analyse and interpret financial statements and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Utilise advanced cloud‑based tools to enhance financial reporting and advisory services.
• Design and implement innovative financial ecosystems tailored to client needs.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring efficient management and high‑quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, tax specialists and other advisors to expand the regional portfolio.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering growth in technical and consulting skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit or controlling.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Taxation.
• Strong client‑focused mindset with proven leadership abilities.
• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and critical reasoning skills.
• Willingness to obtain the ITAA certification shortly, if not already held.
