Finance Manager – Investment Fund – Brussels

About the role

Our partner is an international investment fund based in Brussels, backing early‑stage, high‑growth companies across multiple sectors. The finance function is compact and operational, giving you direct exposure to fund management and valuation while working closely with leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end investor reporting.
• Drive budgeting, revenue forecasts and financial planning across the group.
• Coordinate annual audits and external accountants, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage closing processes, including consolidation of group accounts and balance‑sheet oversight.
• Maintain oversight of multiple entities and the broader portfolio, keeping numbers clean and current.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or Vlerick background is a plus.
• 6–12 years of finance experience with a progressive, diversified career path.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on, operational mindset, comfortable owning the full scope from balance sheet to fund valuation.
