Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing medical‑sector company in Brussels. In this permanent role you will act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, delivering insight‑driven analysis and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reports for senior stakeholders, analysing financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles in close collaboration with business teams.
• Monitor cash position, support liquidity management and prepare financial reporting for lenders.
• Lead strategic finance projects, including carve‑outs, restructurings and other high‑impact initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses, board preparation support, acquisition assessments and other priority projects for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in audit & transaction services, consulting, FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of turning data into clear business insights.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English, with a hands‑on, rigorous approach and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
